Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vynn.AI website at vynn.ai (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

Description of Service

Vynn.AI provides grocery price intelligence data products and services for enterprise clients. The Site provides information about our products, allows you to request data samples, and facilitates contact with our sales team.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Data Products and Subscriptions

Access to Vynn.AI data products is governed by separate subscription agreements or data license agreements entered into between Vynn.AI and the subscribing organization. These Terms govern use of the public website only.

Free data samples are provided for evaluation purposes only and may not be redistributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without a separate agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, data, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Vynn.AI or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

While we strive for accuracy, pricing data and market intelligence presented on the Site (including in blog posts and sample data) are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vynn.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vynn.AI, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
